Caring for your Princess Pickle Clothing- All couture shirts must be handwashed or washed on gentle cycle only and layed flat to dry. All bows must be removed before washing. Tutus and Fairytale dresses will eventually wrinkle and may need a good steaming after awhile. Running your fingers through the tulle and fluffing keeps your couture looking like perfection.

Please note that bottlecaps and smaller embellishments can be a safety hazard to small children and need to be supervised at all times when wearing them. All other custom made clothing must be handwashed or washed on gentle cycle and lay it flat to dry.

Return Policy- We have a no refund/all sales final policy here at Princess Pickle Boutique. However, if you encounter a problem with your merchandise when it arrives to you, please contact me asap. If you contact me and bring it to my attention, you can send it back to me and I will replace it for you free of charge.

Payments Accepted- You may shop on the official Princess Pickle Boutique website here and pay with creditcard/paypal. If you are not able to pay with either of these options you can contact me personally to place order and I accept check or money order as well. All payments must be received before I start on your order. If you are needing it by a certain date please send out the payment promptly. Please make check/money order payable to Rachael Pallone. OOAK/Custom Orders- If you are placing an order for a special requested item, you must contact me at rdpallone2@verizon.net after checkout and give me a full description, size, color(s) etc. of your speciality order request. The sooner I receive your specifications, the sooner I can start on your order and get it mailed out to you.

Shipping- My shipping charges vary and are not calculating correctly during checkout at this time. Please contact me so I can add your total shipping charges to your final order. I ship in medium/large boxes if you order a tutu or fairytale couture so your items do not get smashed during delivery. The shipping charges for these boxes range between $5.00-$7.00
